A leading utilities contractor in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supervisor in Lenham. The role involves leading operational teams with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and training. Candidates should have supervisory experience in the utility or water sector, with relevant certifications. Experience in a supervisory role within the utilities or water sector will be essential, along with a sound understanding of health and safety. An IOSH qualification is desirable, and you should also hold (or be working towards) a minimum SSSTS, with SMSTS preferred. A Streetworks Supervisor card and a CSCS Gold Card (Supervisor) are also important for this role, together with training in safe excavations. You\'ll bring with you a strong working knowledge of the water industry—particularly mainlaying processes—and an understanding of how projects are delivered safely and efficiently from start to finish.
