Job summary

Bella Italia is seeking a Supervisor for our Front of House team in Burton upon Trent, United Kingdom. Join a lively hospitality group and help lead daily shifts, welcome guests, and ensure exceptional service that keeps guests returning.

You’ll work closely with management, supervise service flow, and foster a supportive team environment while promoting warm, Italian-inspired guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Open and securely close the restaurant in line with company standards.
• Lead shifts by coordinating front of house activities with the management team.
• Act as primary contact for both Front and Back of House teams to build strong relationships.
• Deliver outstanding service to guests and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere on the floor.
