Job summary

Compass Group UK&I ESS Defence, Government, and Energy services sector is recruiting a dedicated Supervisor on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) to help ensure smooth operations. You will supervise a team, manage rotas, and ensure stock and deliveries are handled efficiently while upholding food safety and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team and creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
• Being a responsible key holder.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week. As a Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work.
