Job summary

Murphy is a leading international engineering and construction company. As a Groundwork Supervisor you will oversee groundworks activities on our project sites, ensuring progress and safety standards are met.

You will supervise and coordinate teams, conduct site inspections, monitor equipment usage and provide on-site leadership to the crew, with travel and away-from-home duties as part of the role.

Qualifications

• SSSTS/SMSTS certification as required.
• CSCS Gold card holder.
• Deep understanding of groundwork processes.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home.

Responsibilities

As a Groundwork Supervisor you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating groundworks activities on our project.

What your day will include

• Supervising and leading groundworks teams to ensure works are completed on time.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards are being met.

What we need from you

• SSSTS / SMSTS.
• CSCS Gold card.

• Strong team player with the ability to build solid working relationships across the team.
