Job description

As an OB Supervisor, you will work as part of the store management team to help drive sales through exceptional customer service and outstanding operational standards. Confident and engaging, you will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager and bring a sense of fun and a real enthusiasm for OB that will rub off on the team and our customers. This will be a flexible contract, meaning you will have a fixed number of hours you will work per week across a variety of days and shifts. Your rota will be communicated to you in advance by your line manager. We are open to having conversations about working flexibly. Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the store's sales growth through commercial analysis, including footfall, conversions, and other key performance indicators.
  • Ensure the team has an awareness of the store's sales target and current performance, as well as their impact on KPIs.
  • Act as a role model, by delivering exceptional customer experiences and help the team to achieve similar high standards.
  • Hold daily briefing sessions to share information about store targets and focuses, in the Store Manager's absence or at their request.
  • Support the team in the manager's absence.
  • Follow company guidelines for all cash handling including till transactions and cashing up.
  • Review and action replenishment needs regularly to ensure top sellers and new products are readily available and the store is fully merchandised to company standards at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Follow all company health and safety and security guidelines. Experience in retail at supervisor or key holder level.
  • Positivity, vibrancy and ready to take on anything.
  • Someone who's kind, helpful and considerate towards customers and team members alike.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and a natural multi-tasking ability.
  • Commercial awareness.
