Job summary

Pizza Pilgrims in the United Kingdom is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead service and create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

You’ll manage health and safety, shift running, stock, team training and food quality, while welcoming ideas to grow our Pilgrims family.

We offer £13.55 per hour plus tron, extra holidays, and clear career development as we open new pizzerias. Join us and share your passion.

Responsibilities

• Health & Safety: uphold safety standards and incident prevention.
• Shift running: manage service flow and guest experience.
• Stock management: oversee inventories and ordering.
• Team training: onboard and mentor staff.
• Food quality: monitor preparation and presentation.
• Customer feedback: collect and respond to guest comments.
• Idea generation: propose ways to attract more guests to Pilgrims.

As a Restaurant Supervisor you'll be a specialist in creating lasting pizza memories, amazing pizzeria vibes, for every guest to leave with a full belly, and already planning their next visit. Your responsibilities will also include;
