Job summary

Marfa Stance in London is seeking an enthusiastic Supervisor to join a new Chelsea store on a short-term 6-12 month contract. You will lead a small team, deliver exceptional service, and promote the brand’s modular luxury approach.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, training staff, and maintaining premium store visuals while collaborating with the store leadership to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Previous Supervisor experience in retail and styling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgets and KPI targets and analyse performance to drive improvements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the team is trained in service, product knowledge and targets.
• Utilise styling expertise to assist customers and promote modular design.
• Share knowledge of luxury brands and sustainable fashion with clients.
• Maintain visual standards reflecting Marfa Stance’s aesthetic across the store.
• Collaborate with Assistant Manager and Store Manager to achieve sales goals.
• Build and maintain customer relationships post-purchase and drive store visits.

Are you passionate about fashion and looking for an exciting opportunity in luxury retail? Marfa Stance, the innovative luxury outerwear brand known for its modular and buildable designs for all seasons, is seeking enthusiastic Supervisor to join the team in a new store opening in Chelsea. This is a short term 6-12 month contract dues to lease .

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve budgets and KPI's targets and ability to analyse performance and take relevant actions on areas of improvement to develop the team.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience. Ensuring the team are fully trained in customer service, product knowledge and store targets.
• Utilize your retail and styling expertise to assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces and making it modular.
• Share your knowledge of luxury brands and sustainable fashion with our clientele.
• Maintain the visual aesthetics of the shop to reflect the high standards of Marfa Stance.
• Work collaboratively with the Assistant manager and Store manager to achieve sales goals and uphold the brand’s reputation.
• Maintaining and building customer relationships by communicating via email/phone after purchase and outreaching to bring customers to the store.

Requirements

• Previous Supervisor experience in retail and styling, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Strong customer service skills and a natural flair for interacting and communicating with people.
• Enthusiasm for fashion design and sustainable fashion practices.
• Sales and results driven and an excellent understanding of performance analysis to help drive the business.
• Ability to work weekends and weekdays. Availability to be discussed during the interview process.
• Flexibility to work between our two retail locations when needed.
