Delivery Programme Lead

We re looking for an experienced Delivery Programme Lead to oversee large‑scale planned programmes, including kitchen and bathroom renewals, window and door replacements, roofing and retrofit projects. You ll work closely with partner contractors to ensure excellent customer service, high‑quality delivery, and well‑maintained property assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of refurbishment and planned investment programmes
  • Oversee works on site, including inspections, measurements, and sign‑offs
  • Manage contracts and mitigate risks effectively
  • Collaborate with residents, partners and stakeholders to achieve programme goals
  • Ensure accurate record‑keeping, data management and reporting
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong technical knowledge and site experience
  • Experience with pricing structures (NHF, schedule of rates)
  • Excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (v‑lookups, pivot tables, reports)
  • Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
