Job description

They enforce company policies for smooth operations, train staff for exceptional customer service, and product expertise.

Additionally, the supervisor plans and executes merchandising tactics to boost product visibility and sales. They manage inventory, conduct regular checks, and order replenishments as needed. Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner is also part of their responsibilities.

Furthermore, they analyze sales patterns and implement strategies to enhance performance and meet objectives. Collaborating with the store manager, they develop and implement promotional initiatives and events.
