The role:

As a Supervisor/Department Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. You will be responsible for supervising the store team, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in the overall running of the store. You will create a positive work environment that fosters and delivers an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and encouragement to the sales team to ensure they and the store meet daily, weekly, and monthly store targets.
• You will ensure you are fully knowledgeable of the season’s current trends and use this to train the team to enable them to maximise sales opportunities and deliver a world‑class service every time.
• Lead by example in providing the highest level of customer service.
• Support management in providing coaching sessions for the team to aid their development in luxury service.
• Ensure that you and those around you follow Giorgio Armani’s grooming guidelines and are in the correct season uniform at all times.
• Assist management in the seamless operation of the daily running of the store by completing daily planners, setting individual targets, assigning lunch breaks, and making sure there is optimal floor cover at all times.
• Ensure your store is immaculate at all times, including windows, in‑store displays, and mannequins following the seasonal Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Make sure the team complies with the company’s timekeeping and attendance expectations.
