Job summary

Sindhu Immigration Services is seeking an experienced Immigration Advisor to join our team in Greater London. You will manage a varied caseload, advise on routes, prepare applications and appeals, and liaise with Home Office and counsel to secure positive outcomes for clients.

The role requires accreditation or solicitor status, proven casework experience, and a proactive client-focused approach. In-person working five days a week with opportunities for CPD and career progression.

Qualifications

• IAA/OISC Level 3 accreditation or SRA-regulated solicitor status.
• Proven UK immigration casework experience, including private matters and appeals.
• Strong client-facing experience from consultations to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage full caseload of UK immigration matters from instruction to conclusion.
• Conduct client consultations, assess eligibility, and advise on routes.
• Prepare and submit applications and supporting documents.
• Prepare appeal bundles and support instructed counsel.
• Liaise with Home Office, HMCTS, barristers and stakeholders.
• Maintain compliant case files per IAA regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, Home Office guidance and IAA standards.
• Keep up to date with changes in UK immigration law and policy.
• Deliver high standards of client care on every case.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Sindhu Immigration Services is a regulated immigration practice committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and client-focused immigration advice. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Immigration Advisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and provide expert advice and casework support across a broad range of UK immigration matters. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about client care, regulatory compliance, and achieving positive outcomes.

Duties

• Manage a full caseload of UK immigration matters from initial instruction through to conclusion
• Conduct client consultations, assess eligibility, and advise on appropriate immigration routes
• Prepare and submit high-quality applications and supporting documentation
• Prepare appeal applications and bundles, and support instructed counsel where required
• Liaise with the Home Office, HMCTS, barristers, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and compliant case files in accordance with IAA regulatory standards
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, Home Office guidance, and the IAA Code of Standards
• Keep up to date with changes in UK immigration law and policy
• Deliver high standards of client care throughout each case
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• IAA/ OISC Level 3 Immigration Caseworker accreditationorSolicitorregulated bythe SRA
