Superstar Personal Assistant Wanted!

Are you ready to elevate your career? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of juggling multiple tasks? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Location: Guildford - Parking on site (Office Based)
Salary: £30-40k (based on experience) plus 21 days increasing to 25 with service, plus bank holidays, medical cover, bike scheme, pension, MacBook, open drinks/food fridge

Hours: Monday-Thursday (9am-6pm) & Friday (9am-5pm)

Overview:

We are working with a rapidly growing business in Guildford who are actively looking for a dynamic PA.

This is not your typical PA role. One minute you'll be running errands, the next you'll be supporting the wider teams and carrying out a variety of tasks for the founder of the business! We need someone who is efficient, thrives on being busy, and uses their initiative. Is this you?

What are we looking for?

  • Strong administrative abilities, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organising documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to think critically and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Efficiently manage time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A positive and proactive approach to work.
