Overview

The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of Waitrose and Partners, who require a number of Warehouse Order Pickers for their busy RDC based in Aylesford, Kent. Work in chilled environment (0°C-5°C).

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing orders using scanners or pick sheets, meeting performance targets, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Shifts and pay

NIGHTSHIFT - 01:00-09:00 pay rate £16.48 an hour.

After 13 weeks of continuous work you will be able to apply for a contract directly. Shifts are 5 over 7 and will include working weekends on most rotas. This will be ongoing weekly work, where you can be given a weekly rota each week. Work will involve working in a chilled warehouse picking and packing using a voice system.

Pre-employment

A pre site tour will be arranged before your training week so you can see the job and the working environment before you start.
