Highlights

• Competitive salary: £48,720 basic, opportunity to earn up to £54,000
• Weekly variety: work 40 hours per week, roster 7 days in advance, core hours confirmed 3 days prior
• Shift times: 06:00 to 02:00, early mornings, evenings, weekends, bank holidays
• Role requires problem solving, people skills, and RAC ambassador qualities

Responsibilities

• Manage fault diagnostics, flat tyres, flat battery, and varied calls‑out
• Keep own kit, stock van, handle reports with precision
• Read situations quickly, support each member and keep everyone moving

Qualifications

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• A customer‑focused approach
• A full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to work at short notice and open to overnight stays, if necessary
