The RAC is seeking a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic to deliver flexible roadside assistance across the Warrington cluster. You will be part of a mobile team, handling diagnostics and repairs to get members back on the road quickly, while managing your own toolkit and vehicle in a fast-paced, customer‑facing role.

With a strong emphasis on flexibility, shifts run from early morning to late night, including weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

• Manage your own toolkit and vehicle; keep van stocked and report tasks accurately
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to get members moving again on the road

Flexibility deserves recognition – and we deliver. As a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, you’ll provide the adaptability our service relies on.

• Competitive salary:£50,669 basic salary, with the opportunity to earn up to £57,000
• Weekly variety:You’ll work the on average 40 hours per week across the year, receiving your roster seven days in advance with your core working hours confirmed three days prior.
• Thrive outside of 9-5:Shifts will fall between 06:00 and 02:00, and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Where you’ll work

You’ll be part of the Warrington cluster, covering areas like Warrington, Widnes, Runcorn, Newton‑le‑Willows, Leigh, Golborne, Ashton‑in‑Makerfield.

We organise work locally so you can start and finish at home, focusing your day on getting members back on the road in your local area.

What you’ll need...
