Harmony at Home Nanny Agency in North Brewham, near Bruton, is seeking a super organised and experienced Housekeeper to help run a busy family home. Duties include cleaning, laundry and ironing, changing bedding and some family meal prep; batch cooking would be beneficial.
The role requires driving, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, with a long-term commitment. The family has four children, a 5-bedroom house with annexe and animals, so reliability and a calm, proactive approach are essential.
A super full time Housekeeper position has become available near Bruton.
This busy, fun family are looking for a super organised and experienced Housekeeper to help them in the smooth running of their home. Your duties will be all cleaning of the home, laundry and ironing, changing bedding, meal prep for the family, some batch cooking would be beneficial. Tidying, organising and decluttering to support family life, grocery shopping and putting away online food shop deliveries, some occasional family errands such as Post Office, Dry Cleaning, Charity shop drops etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in or running a busy household, be professional with a good work ethic and high standards of cleanliness, organised, be able to use their initiative and friendly. This position will suit someone who takes pride in creating a calm, well-run and organised household and enjoys being part of family life.
The family have 4 children, all independent and they live in a beautiful, immaculate 5 bedroom home, with a 2 bedroom annexe and outbuildings. They also have lots of animals, 2 dogs, chickens, ducks, guinea fowl, sheep and a pony so someone who loves the countryside and is comfortable around animals would be a bonus. They are looking for someone to be with them on a long term basis.
