Job Overview

A wonderful family in a sweet village in Worcestershire are looking for the perfect Norland Nanny to join their family. The nanny will be responsible for the overall care of their one year old daughter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead routines, activities and child centred duties to support the smooth running of the home.
  • Work alongside the parents on a daily basis, communicating confidently, honestly and sociably.
  • Implement child appropriate activities including messy and sensory play.
  • Organise the child’s wardrobes, food shopping, meal preparation and planning for the week.
  • Act as an executive assistant to the family when required – managing family appointments, calendar management, liaising with household staff and contractors, maintaining inventories and ordering supplies.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Norland Trained Nanny
  • Ofsted Registered Nanny
  • Up-to-date enhanced eDBS certificate registered on the update service
  • 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate
  • Minimum 2 professional referees who are happy to share contact details, including current or last employer and both references immediately contactable
Benefits and Working Conditions
  • Pay: £40,000 gross per annum
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday
  • Live In or Live Out position – Driving required – Confident Driver, car available on duty, comfortable travelling between Birmingham and Worcester
  • Holiday travel with the family on occasions with plenty of notice
  • Weekly Baby sitting agreed in advance is expected

Location

Hallow, Worcestershire. The family also employ a full time Housekeeper.
