A local nursery in the United Kingdom is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to provide nurturing care and support for children's development. Nursery: Sunshine Nursery School, 8 Warner Way, Chilton Industrial Estate, Sudbury, CO10 2GG
Hours: PartTime, 15 hours per week, Monday-Friday 12 noon - 3pm
Salary: Up to £13.05 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

I’m proud to have been part of this incredible team for 15 years—starting as a casual team member and progressing through a range of roles that have given me a deep understanding of early years care. Since 2019, I’ve had the privilege of leading our nursery, and I’m incredibly proud to say we’ve achieved three consecutive Outstanding ratings from Ofsted, thanks to our experienced and long‑standing team.
Having lived in this community my whole life, I’m passionate about nurturing strong local ties. We’ve developed meaningful partnerships with local care homes and Community Wardens, bringing wonderful enrichment opportunities for our children and fostering a real sense of community connection.
Our newly refurbished open‑plan baby room offers a beautiful, safe, and inspiring space where our youngest children can explore, play, and learn in a way that suits their individual needs.
