Qualifications

• Pursuing a quantity surveying degree and on track for a 2:1 or above.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong interest in cost management and commercial delivery on real estate/infrastructure projects.
• 8-week placement starting in June in London.

Responsibilities

• Assist cost management and commercial teams on live UK projects.
• Support cost control, benchmarking and value management activities.
• Contribute to procurement and tendering processes under supervision.
• Develop a basic understanding of Turner & Townsend's digital tools and reporting.
