Job summary

FTI Data & Technology Transformation in London offers a multi-disciplinary internship focusing on data strategy, analytics, BI and automation. You will work with a team across London and Dublin to deliver transformational outcomes for clients by leveraging data, technology and process improvements.

Applicants should be penultimate-year analytics/IT students graduating in 2028, with strong SQL, Python and visualization skills, and be available for a full-time internship from 5 July 2027 to 27

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year student graduating in 2028 in Analytics or IT with a 2:1 grade average across studies.
• Available to undertake a full-time internship from 5 July 2027 to 27 August 2027.
• Familiar with analytical tools and processes (databases, visualization tools, data science tools).
• Proficient in SQL and Python.

• Utilise strong analytical skills to provide solutions for both technical and business related issues.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to define and refine data requirements and strategies.
• Participate in identifying and delivering business improvements to exceed client expectations by demonstrating strong problem solving and implementation capabilities.
• Contribute to problem solving and delivering robust analysis and updates that benefit the clients’ business objectives.

What You Will Need to Succeed

Basic qualifications

• Must be in your penultimate year of studies, graduating in 2028 from an Analytics or IT discipline (computer science, technology, data analytics, or any other STEM subjects) with 2:1 grade average across first and second year
• Available to work in a full-time internship from 5 July 2027 to 27 August 2027
• Understanding of the following: Analytical tools and processes (databases, visualisation tools, data science tools)
• Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Methods for analysing data to uncover trends and derive insight (both historic reporting and future forecasting)
• Python programming language

Preferred qualifications

• Strong diagnostic ability and the capability to work effectively with client and team
• Excellent consultative, communication and presentation skills
• Prior work experience is desirable
