At interview, we focus on thoroughly testing your deep knowledge of your subject fundamentals – the expertise which is most transferable to different applications - and how you're able to apply this to unfamiliar real-world situations. Our interview process is designed to test your abilities and explore the limits of your understanding. We don’t expect you to know the answers to all the questions you might be asked - but we are interested to find out how you approach these problems and whether you are able to give them a go.
Stage 1: 30-minute technical interview via Teams, exploring your understanding of subject-specific fundamentals.
Stage 2: If you are selected to progress to the next stage, you'll be invited to a final interview. This will be held via Teams, and will further explore your technical skills. The interview will last up to 1.5 hours.
If you are invited to an interview, please let us know if you have any special requirements to support you with by emailing us at recruitsupport@innoviatech.com
