OC&C Strategy Consultants invites applications for an Associate Consultant internship in London. You will support the delivery of strategic advice to clients and assist senior management with analytic modules, benefiting from a week-long induction and exposure to multiple projects over eight weeks.

Working in small teams, you will gain hands-on experience across our core sectors, with opportunities to network, and a pathway to further opportunities within OC&C.

From day one, you will be helping tackle the most exciting strategic problems in consulting today. Your primary role as an Associate Consultant intern is to support the delivery of strategic advice to clients. You will provide professional advice to the senior management of major international corporations and deliver the analytic modules assigned. To make sure you are fully equipped, you will receive a week-long induction where you will have training in the consulting skills needed for you to succeed and you will also be taken through real project examples. Over the eight weeks you will work on multiple projects, giving you an opportunity to meet more of our consultants and try your hand at a broader range of tasks. Whether conducting field research or analysing data, you will be able to add your own insights and value to the team. Working in small teams means you will have exposure to all parts of the project you work on and a chance to work closely with our Partners. There will also be opportunities to socialise and network outside of your project team. The provisional dates of the Summer Internship scheme will be Monday 28th June - Friday 20^th August 2027. However, final dates will be confirmed upon receiving an offer.

• Our strategy and M&A focus - a lot of consulting is multi-month implementation projects, focused on cost or IT transformation; that's not us. We provide advice to our clients on where to play and how to win, in our key sectors of Retail, Leisure & Hospitality; Consumer Goods; Technology & Media; B2B Products & Services; and Private Equity. We work with organisations of all sizes, from global blue chips and household names to smaller industry challengers. Due to the strategic nature of our work, we spend a lot more time collaborating in our London office - we don't "live out of a suitcase" like some types of consulting.

Online Blended Assessment - Combines numerical and critical reasoning questions alongside behavioural and motivational questions, to help us understand your skills and approach to problem-solving. 3. Online one-way video Assessment - Candidates who are successful at the blended assessment will then be invited to complete a short one-way video assessment. 4. 1st Round Interviews - 2 x 30-minute virtual case study interviews with Consultants & Managers 5. 2nd Round Interviews - 2 x 45-minute in-person case study interviews with Associate Partners & Partners 6. • Students must be in their penultimate year of study to be eligible for the AC Summer Internship (For example, currently in the 2nd year of a 3 year degree, or 3rd year of a 4 year degree)
