You will gain real responsibility while exploring claims, underwriting, Zurich Municipal, operations and the Customer Office. A development programme builds essential skills for future graduate opportunities.

You should be penultimate year with a 2:1, UCAS points, and GCSEs; meet UK right-to-work criteria; and be prepared to work in a hybrid setup with commuting distance to the office.
