Sulzers Pumps Parts and Retrofit (PPR) Division is expanding and were looking for a strategic data‑driven leader to join us in a newly created role that will directly influence how we plan forecast and deliver across global markets. Sulzers PPR Division is at the heart of our aftermarket business providing high‑performance pump systems critical spare parts and custom retrofit solutions to industries ranging from energy and water to chemicals and manufacturing. We help customers extend the life of their equipment, improve efficiency and reduce downtime, making sustainability and reliability a reality.
As Regional Demand Manager you’ll be the architect of our demand planning strategy within the SiOP umbrella. Reporting to the Head of Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SiOP) you’ll lead the development of accurate data‑driven forecasts that align with both tactical and long‑term business goals. You’ll collaborate across Sales Operations, Finance and Engineering to ensure our plans are not only robust but also agile enough to respond to market shifts. This is a high‑impact role with visibility across the business and a chance to shape how we operate regionally and globally.
