SAP SuccessFactors ECP UK Consultant

A UK client of ours is currently looking for an SAP SuccessFactors ECP UK Consultant for a hybrid, contractual engagement.

Key Skills & Expertise

• Proven hands‑on experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) - deep understanding of configuration, integration, and payroll processing.
• Strong SAP Payroll expertise, including schema and rule setup, wage type configuration, payroll cycles, and end‑to‑end processing.
• Sound knowledge of SAP Employee Central (EC) - understanding of foundation objects, data maintenance, role‑based permissions, and basic time management.
• Solid grasp of replication and integration concepts - employee data replication, field mapping, monitoring, and familiarity with SAP CPI.
• Good understanding of core payroll operations such as hiring, termination, and compensation/benefits management.

Experience

• Minimum 3‑5 full life cycle SAP ECP implementations, covering design, configuration, testing, and post‑go‑live support.
• Additional 5+ years' experience in on‑premise SAP Payroll delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance.
• Background in complex payroll environments (e.g., public sector, retail, or manufacturing).
