Job summary

A higher education consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to configure and support LMS and Employee Central. The ideal candidate will have experience in customizing these modules, with knowledge of higher education HR processes. This position requires being onsite two days a week in the West Midlands. Competitive rate for a contract role for 6 months.

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (LMS & Employee Central)

Duration: 6 Months

Start: ASAP

IR35 Status: Inside

We require a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for our higher education client who possesses experience of configuring and customising the SuccessFactors modules LMS and Employee Central.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise SuccessFactors modules LMS and Employee Central.
• Support the rollout of LMS and Employee Central and perform ongoing BAU work.
• Assist with the implementation of Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
• Generate Story Reports in SuccessFactors (nice to have).
• Provide SAP C4C input for ASK HR (nice to have).
• Support reporting for higher education sector requirements including HESA returns (nice to have).
• Work independently at a high pace with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and customising SuccessFactors LMS and Employee Central.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports.
• Experience with SAP C4C for ASK HR.
• Knowledge of higher education HR processes and HESA returns.
• Proficiency in HR processes, preferably within a higher education environment.

Location & Availability

The role requires you to be based at the client site two days per week in the West Midlands.
