Job summary

A leading infrastructure solutions provider is looking for a SuccessFactors Business Analyst to join their IT team in the UK. This role focuses on managing technical aspects of SuccessFactors systems, translating business requirements into efficient solutions, and optimizing payroll processes. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, potentially extendable, offering a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a business analyst for SAP HCM payroll/ECP.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management.
  • Agility and willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical expert for SuccessFactors & ECP Payroll solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into system specifications.
  • Manage changes to existing SuccessFactors configurations.
  • Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to manage upgrades and enhancements.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of SuccessFactors functionalities.
