SuccessFactors Analyst

ASSA ABLOY is looking for a SuccessFactors Analyst for a Fixed-Term Contract. As our SuccessFactors Analyst you will play a pivotal role in transformation of the HR Technology team. The primary responsibility will be in supporting SuccessFactors and being a part of the future enhancements to gain the most from SuccessFactors. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with the internal stakeholders to provide effective delivery of projects to include systems process mapping, testing, updating documentations, user guides and training.

What would you do as our SuccessFactors Analyst
  • Provide Expertise in LMS, Foundation Objects, Workflows, RBP, Business Rules, Picklist management, Data Models, Position Management and Ad Hoc reports.
  • Deliver relevant subject matter clarifications for Client Business Users including the potential implications of functional and technical recommendations.
  • Assist with the bi-annual system upgrades, reviewing what’s new, identifying changes, regression testing and promoting opportunities for system enhancements.
  • Understand the full HR systems infrastructure to ensure data management is secure and compliant with data protection policies.
  • Train superusers on specific processes and application and assist in development of training materials.
The skills and experience you need
  • Has configured and implemented SuccessFactors including LMS, Recruiting, Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Time and Absence, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Succession Planning.
  • Can quickly analyze and resolve system errors, exceptions, and performance issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
  • Has Job Profile Builder Integration Experience (desirable).
  • Is Knowledgeable about integration with other SF modules and different platforms as well as 3rd party applications.
  • Has configured and implemented SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0) solutions with significant commercial experience of SuccessFactors.
