Main duties and responsibilities
  • Managing end-to-end delivery of HR system implementation.
  • Defining project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinating internal teams and external partners.
  • Overseeing system configuration, integration, data migration, and testing.
  • Ensuring compliance with data security and regulatory standards.
  • Driving stakeholder engagement and facilitating workshops.
  • Managing vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Conducting post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
