A local educational institution in Lowestoft is seeking a Success Coach to facilitate independent learning and encourage student progression. The successful candidate will manage tutorials, engage with students on attendance and behaviour, and provide pastoral support. Qualifications include a Level 2 in English and Maths. Contract: Permanent - Term Time Only - 40 weeks
The role of a Success Coach is fundamental in equipping students with the skills needed to facilitate independent learning, encourage progression, and ensure that they effectively engage to maximise opportunities to succeed in both personal and professional goals.
Working closely with a team of highly experienced and dedicated tutors, your time will be self‑managed to work with students in tutorial sessions, and develop strategies to raise student achievement which reflect the high standard of college expectations.
