Job Title: Recovery Coordinator

Location: South Birmingham

Hours: 37 / Monday - Friday

Job type: Temp to perm

Hourly Rate: £15 - £17 PAYE (£17 - £20 UMBRELLA)

Key Responsibilities

Supporting service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment / recovery journey

  • Providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning and onward referral
  • To undertake co-location partnership work in order to engage service users.
  • To offer assertive follow up and increased retention and establish links with partner agencies to ensure that the service can attract treatment naive Service Users into treatment
  • Provide assertive outreach to client's homes and support to appointments ensuring social inclusion and maximising engagement.
  • Providing flexible assertive outreach support to engage service users into treatment across the Birmingham locality. The key role will be to increase the number of Service Users from within the community who at present do not enter treatment services.
