Job summary

A global leader in offshore engineering is seeking a CAD Designer to deliver and coordinate CAD design activities for subsea and steel structures. Responsibilities include preparing design drawings, managing a team of designers, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Candidates should have a technical education in engineering and relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant previous design and drafting experience in producing subsea structural fabrication within the Oil and Gas industry.
• Ability to prioritize own workload and manage time to meet time/budget constraints.
• Produces work of presentable quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design/fabrication drawings of steel structures using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Manage the drafting work of a team of designers.
• Check all drawings and sketches.
