Job summary

AQA is seeking a Subject Support Manager for Business, Economics and Accounting to help teachers deliver high‑quality qualifications across multiple locations in the UK. You will provide guidance, resources and subject insight to support effective teaching across thousands of learners.

Based in Milton Keynes, London, Guildford or other listed locations, the role requires collaborative work with teachers, centres and internal teams, plus national travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with GCSE and A level Business and/or Economics
• Understanding of GCSE and A‑level assessment and pedagogy
• Ability to translate subject knowledge into classroom-ready guidance and resources

Responsibilities

• Represent AQA and deliver key subject messages to external audiences
• Support schools, centres and teachers with subject queries and with delivery of Business, Economics and Accounting specifications
• Engage with teachers face-to-face and online to support continuous improvement and subject confidence
• Build relationships with subject stakeholders and use insights to shape future developments
• Gather and analyse data and customer feedback to inform decisions and improve delivery
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Events to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
