Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, valuable support to students and teaching staff to share expert subject specific knowledge.
• Professionally support the development of subject teachers, contributing to their continued success and growth.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of all students to ensure they are prepared for upcoming exams; report students' progress to parents and offer support where required.
• Be the voice of expressing views, concerns and interests to the Curriculum Lead and Senior Leadership team.
• Proactively inform subject teachers of any changes to the curriculum.
