Job summary

Reading Borough Council is seeking a Subject Leader for Business across all key stages. You will lead the department, inspire students with your passion for Business, and help raise achievement through engaging lessons and strong leadership.

The role requires middle leadership experience or clear potential, a commitment to ongoing professional development, and the ability to work in small A level classes delivering Business GCSE, Enterprise BTEC and A Level Business.
