You'll be working on… (your role and responsibilities)

• Ensuring you live the Octavius values and hold the Site / Project team to account to live by the same values.
• Manage the contract and agreed contract programme.
• Act as key interface with our customer and other key stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, company policies and procedures including the Octavius and customers' governance process.
• Firmly adopting and embracing the principle that all of your people should go home safe, every day.
• Meeting teams and providing guidance and advice on correct processes both on and off site ensuring that we only employ processes that add value to your customers and people.
• Understanding of the project's financial position through regular and robust reviews with the commercial team.

About you… (what you are skilled at, your experience, and qualifications)

• Good all-round highways, CDM and engineering knowledge with relevant experience in suitable disciplines, such as Temporary works, Civils, M&E, Geotechnical.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills, with an ability to manage actions simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality.
• Experienced at working with a tier one contracting group on infrastructure projects to include slab and kerb laying or general town centre and junction improvements.
• Good level of IT skills.
• Good level of programming and Conditions of contract (NEC, ICE, etc.) knowledge.
