Job summary

Qualifications

• Driven Sub Agent with experience in highways or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of site safety regulations and experience managing work packages.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing site operations, ensuring work is completed safely and on time.
• Support the Site Agent in coordinating teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee temporary works and compliance with CDM 2015 and NEC contract requirements.
• Monitor progress and resolve on-site challenges.
