Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a Section Engineer for a major HS2 infrastructure package in North West London. The role involves overseeing highways, utilities and civil works on site, ensuring quality, safety and programme adherence.

You will manage setting out, coordinate subcontractors and review RAMS/ITPs, working closely with design teams to resolve technical queries and deliver to project standards. This permanent, full-time position offers a key on-site leadership role on a flagship scheme.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Section Engineer on major infrastructure or civil projects.
• Strong background in highways, utilities, drainage or heavy civils.
• Experience with Tier 1 contractors or major infrastructure projects.

Our client is a major tier 1 contractor delivering works on a flagship HS2 project in North West London. They are seeking a Section Engineer to support the delivery of the Utilities & Highways Package

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of highways, utilities and civil engineering works.

Requirements

• Experience as a Section Engineer on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Strong background in highways, utilities, drainage or heavy civils.
• Previous experience working for a Tier 1 contractor or major infrastructure project.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts is desirable.
• Degree/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
