A leading civil engineering company in East Suffolk is seeking a quality-driven Sub Agent to support the delivery of major civil engineering works. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical site experience and be passionate about maintaining high standards, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities include quality assurance, on-site quality checks, client interactions, and managing inspection plans. This is an ongoing position, and candidates can be interviewed and hired at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance and compliance.
• Check quality on-site against specifications.
• Liaise with clients and councils for inspections.
• Manage and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Compile lifetime quality records and quality packs.

Salary: £325 to £375 per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Compliance
• On-site checking of quality in line with specification and drawings
• Liaising with client and council for on-site inspections
• Management/implementation of ITP's
• Culminating of lifetime quality records and quality packs
