Job summary

Pets at Home in Rushden is seeking a Dog Stylist/Groomer for a full-time, on-site position at The Groom Room. You will deliver high-quality grooming with care and build strong bonds with pet owners, ensuring every pet looks and feels their best.

The role is hands-on and customer-facing with opportunities to grow within a supportive team. Qualifications in grooming or progress toward one are preferred, with targets experience a bonus.

The Role

You’ll deliver high-quality grooms with care and precision, building great relationships with pet owners while making sure every pet looks and feels their best. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role with plenty of opportunity to grow.

About You

You’ll be confident in all aspects of grooming, hold a grooming qualification or be working toward one, customer-focused, flexible, and a great team player. Experience working to targets is a bonus, but not essential.
