Job description

Needle & Thread are looking for full time Style Advisors to join our retail team in our brand new flagship store on the King's Road, London. A Needle & Thread Style Advisor is responsible for delivering an authentic and memorable service approach. They will be very well presented, work in a dynamic team environment, be a clear communicator, are able to multi task, and adapt to high and low traffic patterns.

About you
  • You will have previous, relevant experience working in retail, in a premium or luxury environment.

  • Have a genuine passion for the Needle & Thread, and for providing outstsnding customer service.

Your responsibilities
  • Provide the best experience through speed and accuracy and clear communication.

  • To be a brand ambassador, representing the brand at all times and following the Company's brand guidelines.

  • Continually improve brand product knowledge.

  • To be confident in navigating the customer, suggesting alternative styles, or fulfilling product requests online if necessary.

  • To be confident in building long-lasting relationships with customers and friends of the brand.

  • Carry out personal styling sessions with confidence.

  • Confident with styling, outfit building and recommendations that are suitable for the customer.

  • Escalate customer complaints to the management team.

  • Potentially be responsible for opening and closing duties.

  • To be confident with all till and POS processes.

  • Process transactions, refunds and telephone orders confidently.

  • Understand the importance of data collection and ensuring GDPH is adhered to.

  • High level of telephone etiquette.

  • Maintain store visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

  • Replenishing stock and keeping the shop floor clean and tidy at all times.

  • Assist with deliveries and stock recalls.

  • Being responsible for own H&S and ensuring H&S processes are followed in store.
