Job summary

Teaching Vacancies is seeking a Study Programme Manager and delivery tutor for the Level 2 Fashion, Interior & Jewellery course. You will lead the core programme content, design assessments and moderation, and work with Arts staff to ensure high-quality delivery and progression opportunities for students.

The role involves expanding to Level 3 Fashion and Textiles, overseeing Enrichment and Work Experience, and maintaining CPD to keep skills up to date with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Fashion, Garment construction, Textiles or Pattern cutting.
• Sustained, up-to-date professional-level practical expertise in Fashion design, pattern drafting, cutting, garment construction and textiles.
• Experience and competence in teaching and demonstring professional fashion studio equipment (domestic & industrial sewing machines, overlockers, irons, heat press).
• GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of the Level 2 Fashion, Interior & Jewellery course.
• Design assessment, mark and moderation processes for the course.
• Coordinate with Arts staff on ESkills, Enrichment and Work Experience elements; oversee GCSE attendance and engagement.
