Job summary

Peloton Interactive, Inc. is seeking Associate Producers, Studio to support every modality and instructor across Peloton studios.

You will work in a fast-paced production environment, collaborating with Talent Producers, Control Room teams and Studio Operations to turn class plans into live productions. You will brief and support instructors, coordinate pre-, during, and post-class notes, and act as on-shift producer with decision-making responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable prior experience working in production roles, including a daily, live broadcast environment and control room.
• Experience as a Production Assistant, Senior Production Assistant or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience working with on-screen talent.
• Experience managing and developing junior staff.
• Experience taking a project from concept through delivery and meeting tight deadlines.
• Must be very organized with sharp attention to detail.
• Solution-oriented with ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Must be an effective collaborator and communicator.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights and weekends.
• Knowledge and experience in fitness is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in Social Media is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in Music is an advantage.
• German fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-production: work with Talent Producers, Instructor Strategy, Control Room and Studio Operations to turn class plans into reality; ensure production shifts are prepared.
• Review upcoming class plans and deploy alerts for pre-production edits to the Talent Producing Team and Instructors; cross-check via Production platforms.
• Lead pre-production meetings with Control Room teams, PAs and Studio Operations.
• Talent Support: briefing, supporting and informing instructors before, during and after classes; communicate production notes and share takeaways with teams.
• Production: act as on-the-ground producer on shift; lead editorial decisions during live and CTC classes; escalate as needed; ensure Run of Shows are followed and that the class plan is executed to a high standard.
• Post-Production: recap key class moments and opportunities; contribute to editorial meetings with feedback.
• Overall collaboration: work with Content Leadership, Control Room staff, Studio Operations, and on-shift PAs to ensure Peloton standards are met.
• Shifts may include production office time; assist with research projections, brainstorms and pitch development.
