IMG is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support the Production Manager and broader team in delivering IMG's EFL broadcast operations. The role handles planning and execution for over 1,800 matches per season across domestic and international partners, within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong budgeting and administrative skills
• Ability to manage travel and logistics for shoots

Responsibilities

• Provide production assistance in coordination with the editorial and production management team
• Negotiate, book and schedule freelancers and post-production facilities
• Arrange travel, accommodation and crew for domestic and international shoots
• Clear archives and music as directed
• Support budgeting, contracting and administrative duties
• Create call sheets and be contact for out-of-hours crew
• Track costs, raise PO's and reconcile spend
• Assist in budget compilation and Cost Reports
