Meet our superstar Studio & Operations team
Some people train because they have to. Others, because they love it. But this lot? Well, if they couldn’t get to a gym, they’d wither and die. Our Studio & Operations teams are obsessed with creating amazing in-club fitness experiences. From managing timetables and ensuring our clubs run smoothly, to keeping every inch of the space fully stocked and fresh, they’re the best kind of snobs to have around. Because it’s their ridiculously high standards that make members keep coming back, working hard and feeling pumped.
What will you be getting up to as Studio & Ops Manager?
Well, You’ll
Be an all-star ambassador, living and breathing all things Gymbox. This role is more operational than at other Gymbox locations.
With around 60 classes per week (rather than 100), you’ll have more time to focus on the smooth running of the club, operational excellence, and ensuring every member’s experience is second to none.
What we’re after
Great communication skills, a self-starting mindset, being up for a challenge and having a positive attitude are absolute musts. Amazing organisational skills are key with so much going on across the club—there’s a lot to coordinate and keep track of. Experience in an administrative or management role would be ideal but not essential. Ideally, you’ll have a background in fitness or sport, as you’ll be working with a passionate, performance-driven team and that insider knowledge will give you the edge.
