Letchworth-based company is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to lead pre-press print production for large format projects. You will convert briefs into detailed drawings, manage the art-working team, and ensure products meet high quality standards.

Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Salary is negotiable DOE.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of pre-press print production from small to large format and complex builds.
• Take customer briefs and translate into detailed technical drawings.
• Produce assembly drawings, estimate material yield, assess production methods.
• Liaise with customers.
• Manage the Art-working team to prioritise workload and sign-off artwork.
• Design products using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to meet specs.
• Coordinate with Production Team to ensure highest quality.
• Provide RIP support to Production Team.
• Assist with print finishing.
