We are a high-end fashion and jewellery studio creating collectible, limited-edition pieces for a discerning private clientele. The studio also serves as a client showroom for personal appointments.

The founder is a highly creative, driven designer with a clear vision for the brand’s future. The business is growing quickly, with a dynamic and creative atmosphere.

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, meticulous Studio Manager to help keep the studio running smoothly. This role involves providing hands‑on support to the founder, ensuring the space and systems are organised, and contributing to delivering an exceptional experience for our private clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing structure, calm and clarity to an inspiring environment; someone who thrives on organisation, precision, and the satisfaction of a perfectly executed system.

Key Responsibilities
Studio Organisation
  • Maintain order across physical and digital spaces
  • Manage Dropbox folders, file naming, version control and archiving
Administrative Support
  • Print and prepare materials for fittings or reviews
  • Take notes, circulate documents and follow up on next steps with freelancers to keep projects on track
Order Management
  • Pack and ship customer orders to a luxury standard
  • Organise courier pick-ups and drop-offs within London
  • Coordinate shipments between suppliers and the London and Italy studios
  • Ensure tracking and communication are accurate
Inventory & Supplies
  • Monitor sample and material stock, conduct regular checks, and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain an Excel tracker for all items and ensure it is kept up to date on Dropbox
Documentation & Archiving
  • Record details of fittings, private client projects and collectable pieces
  • Maintain archive binders and digital records (“recipes”) for each design; must be confident using Adobe Illustrator to manage and update these materials
Design Support
  • Use Illustrator and Photoshop to prepare simple layouts, annotated images or archive pages for review and storage
Studio Upkeep
  • Ensure the workspace and showroom are always guest‑ready
  • Coordinate any maintenance or restocking needs
Diary Management
  • Support the founder with scheduling, reminders and prioritisation
  • Anticipate needs and help keep multiple moving parts aligned
Client Interaction
  • Welcome or assist high‑profile / private clients in a discreet, professional manner during showroom appointments
Ad Hoc Support
  • Assist the founder with research, organisation, errands and other studio‑related tasks as needed
About You
  • Experience in a fashion, luxury, or design studio– this is not an entry‑level role
  • A minimum of basic Illustrator and Photoshop proficiency
  • Exceptionally organised, detail‑oriented and visually meticulous.
  • You take pride in ensuring everything from layouts to presentation is polished and precise.
  • Proactive and self‑motivated, with a natural sense of order and an eye for design.
  • Calm, patient, and composed when plans change suddenly.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative once briefed.
  • Naturally discreet, with excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, professional presence.
  • Thrives in a small, creative, hands‑on environment and enjoys working closely with a founder.
  • Enjoys optimising processes and creating clarity through systems and structure.
  • Tech‑confident : Apple systems, Google Drive, Dropbox, Shopify (basic familiarity).
  • London‑based and able to travel to the West London studio once per week.
  • Brings a professional, well‑presented manner. Attentive to detail in both work and personal presentation.
Terms
  • Freelance, part‑time : 1 day per week to start (with potential to increase)
  • On‑site one day per week
  • Day‑rate or hourly rate depending on experience (please specify in your application)
  • Start date : as soon as possible
  • 3‑month initial period with scope to grow in scope and days as the business evolves
