Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video production experience, with emphasis on live studio/broadcast.
• Experience in financial services or corporate broadcast environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to work with C-suite talent on set.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute live studio productions including webcasts, executive interviews, panel discussions, earnings calls, and client-facing events.
• Operate studio equipment: cameras, switchers, audio, lighting, graphics.
• Coordinate all technical elements of live broadcasts from pre-production to transmission.
• Edit and deliver polished content: event highlights, interview packages, promo clips, internal comms.
• Manage post-production workflows: color correction, audio, graphics, multi-format delivery.
• Build relationships with internal clients, external partners, senior stakeholders; brief on-screen talent.
