Qualifications

  • Experience working with major manufacturers such as Trane, Carrier, Daikin, Hitachi, and Mitsubishi Electric.
  • Full UK driving license is required.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex issues with pump systems.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out equipment maintenance and inspection tasks.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining service records.
  • Developing mechanical maintenance programmes.
  • Installing and performing diagnostic tests on systems.
  • Training coworkers on machinery and equipment usage.

Skills

Proficiency using Building Management System (BMS)
Strong understanding of mechanical components
Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions
Ability to perform hands-on repairs
Fabrication experience

Education

Minimum HNC in engineering (or equivalent)
HVAC qualification – NVQ level 2 or equivalent
City & Guilds F-GAS 2079 Qualification
