Job description

Studio BIM Manager required to lead, develop and implement digital design and information management workflows across an architecture and multi-disciplinary practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent Revit expertise, strong digital design capabilities and proven experience in data management within an architectural or design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead BIM strategy, standards and workflows across the studio.
  • Manage and coordinate digital design processes from concept through delivery.
  • Oversee Revit model setup, maintenance and quality control.
  • Support project teams with best practice guidance, training and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure consistent data management and information exchange aligned with project requirements.
  • Drive innovation in digital technologies, tools and automation.
  • Collaborate with directors and project leaders to ensure BIM requirements are met across all project stages.
Experience
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Autodesk Revit and related digital design tools.
  • Strong understanding of BIM methodologies (ISO 19650 standards preferred).
  • Experience managing complex models and multi-disciplinary coordination.
  • Excellent knowledge of data structures, model auditing and information management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support and mentor project teams.
  • A proactive mindset with an interest in emerging digital technologies and workflows.
Qualifications

Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
